I'm 16 Weeks Pregnant, due Sept 6th

It's about time we finally announce this. But if you recall I'm categorized as "High Risk" with my blood condition. So far the pregnacy has been quite different than my experience with little Zaylee. I was nauseas for the first 13 weeks, having trouble sleeping and have been craving spicy foods. The baby has been sitting lower and we are anxious to find out the gender on April 12th - keep your fingers crossed for a little man to help carry on the Lindsey name! Your general prayers would be appreciated. Will keep you informed ;-)

These girls love books and often read together. Zaylee likes the pop-up books the most and Kyla seems to enjoy the funny ones such as by Dr. Seuss.

Today we all played a lot outdoors. Zaylee ate fresh snow as Kyla rolled around and made her snow angels. Together we made a small snowman and Daddy constructed a snow loveseat.

My mom turns 57 today. She is such a goof and always has been. I took her out to a nice dinner and we dressed up a bit. She told the hostess and server it was our engagement party and was showing off her ring and chuckling.

Zaylee At Two

Has it really been two years? We are constantly told how well Zaylee can talk for a two year old and I have to agree :). Zaylee can count to 11, knows almost all the colors and shapes. She loves Elmo right now but Calliou is a close second. Her favorite things to eat are mac & cheese, bread w/butter, spaghetti, but she's willing to try anything. She loves to play baby dolls, puzzles, drawing/coloring, ride her 4-wheeler and anything that includes her Sissy. She is also in the 95 percential for height and weight.

Jaren and Zaylee celebrated their birthday party together this year. Jaren turned four and Zaylee is now two. We had a fun party including a dance-off competition, and then went to an indoor waterpark. Thanks for the cards, gifts and making this event so fun.
